Legal notice
Who writes these pages, who keeps them online, how they are paid for and who you are actually buying from: this is the legal framework behind www.potensal.co.uk.
Last updated: 1 October 2026.
In short: www.potensal.co.uk is put together by a self-employed publisher whose income comes from affiliate commission. It is not owned by the Potensal brand, sells nothing and takes no payments. Clicking “Order” takes you away from this site to a retailer’s shop, and your purchase is made with that retailer alone.
01 Who runs this site
The wording, layout and choice of information on www.potensal.co.uk are the responsibility of an independent publisher, referred to below as “the publisher”, who answers for the content.
- Purpose of the site
- To describe the Potensal food supplement and point interested readers to the retailer that sells it.
- Contacting the publisher
- [email protected]
- What this address handles
- Reports of mistakes or out-of-date information, and trade mark or copyright concerns. Questions about an order cannot be dealt with here.
Delivery, card charges, exchanges or refunds must be raised directly with the seller named in section 02. The publisher cannot see or change any order.
02 Independent of the brand
Please read this part first, as everything else depends on it.
Not a Potensal website
The Potensal brand does not operate this domain and does not approve what is published on it. The publisher holds no rights in the brand, has no mandate to represent it and does not speak for the manufacturer, the seller or any reseller. The only possible link between them is the publisher’s membership of an affiliate scheme open to any partner, which creates no further obligation on either side.
Nothing is sold here
You cannot buy anything on this domain:
- there is no order form and no payment facility;
- nobody here will ask for your card details, delivery address or phone number;
- the publisher keeps no stock, sends out no parcels and receives no returns;
- the “Order” page simply redirects you to the retailer’s shop and is not itself an offer to sell.
Your contract is with the seller
The final price, terms and conditions, payment, delivery, your statutory rights and your right to cancel are governed solely by the retailer you are sent to. Their details appear in their shop, in their terms and in the confirmation email you receive after ordering. Keep that email safe: it is your proof of purchase and the basis for any later query or complaint.
Who actually sells Potensal
According to the terms published on the official Potensal shop, the following companies handle the sale and customer service:
- Seller
- Haruki Limited, company number UN 486997
- Registered address
- Agios Ambrosios 16, 7571 Anglisides, Larnaca, Cyprus
- Operator of the sales platform
- Haur B.V., John M. Keynesplein 1, 1066EP Amsterdam, the Netherlands
- Customer service
- Official help centre: support.potensal.com
The publisher is not a shareholder, employee or contractor of these companies. It has no access to their customer records and cannot step in to the handling of an order.
03 How the site is funded
This site is paid for entirely by commission. When a reader clicks one of our links and then places an order, the retailer’s affiliate scheme pays the publisher a share of the sale. There is no other income: no subscriptions, no sale of data and no third-party advertising.
That commission comes out of the seller’s margin and is not added to your bill. You pay exactly the same whether you reach the shop through our links or on your own.
Because the publisher benefits financially from your purchases, the whole site should be treated as advertising. It is neither an impartial comparison nor an independent expert review.
04 Hosting
The pages of www.potensal.co.uk are stored and delivered by:
- Host
- Cloudflare, Inc. (www.cloudflare.com)
- Address
- 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States
Cloudflare provides the technical infrastructure only. It does not write, select or review any of the content published here.
05 Prices and offers mentioned
The prices, discounts, bundles, images and ingredient lists shown on this site reflect what the seller stated when they were written. The retailer can change its offers at any time without telling us, so what you read here may no longer be accurate.
Before you pay, check in the shop itself the total that will be charged, the delivery cost, the exact number of bottles and the terms of the offer. If anything differs from what we show, the seller’s information is what counts.
06 Using the supplement
Potensal is a food supplement. It is not intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease, and nothing on this site replaces a consultation, diagnosis or prescription from a doctor.
It sits alongside a varied diet, regular exercise and enough sleep; it does not make up for them. The customer experiences reproduced here are personal accounts and do not tell you what results you will get.
The product is meant for adult men, at the daily amount shown on the label, which must not be exceeded. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some of its ingredients, such as velvet bean (mucuna), L-citrulline and saffron, may not suit people taking medication, particularly for the heart, blood pressure or mood: speak to your GP or pharmacist before starting if you are on any treatment or have a known health condition.
07 Rights in the content
The text, layout, graphics and code of www.potensal.co.uk were created specifically for this site and belong to the publisher. Copying or reusing them, in whole or in part and in any medium, requires the publisher’s prior written consent.
Trade marks, trading names, logos and product images mentioned remain the property of their owners. They are used only to identify the product described and do not imply any partnership with or endorsement by those owners. A rights holder who wants an item removed can write to the address in section 01; every request will be reviewed and acted on.
08 Liability
The publisher takes care to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors, always up to date or continuously available. You should not rely on these pages alone to make a decision, and their use gives rise to no right to compensation.
Once you leave the site through an order link, what happens next is outside the publisher’s control: prices, delivery times, terms, the quality of the goods sent and the workings of the retailer’s platform. The publisher therefore accepts no liability for orders, how they are fulfilled or the effects of the product received.
External sites we link to have their own rules and privacy policies; you visit them at your own discretion.
09 Privacy
This site has no accounts, no contact form and no newsletter. You can read it without ever giving us your name, email address or postal address, and we have no wish to collect them.
Visits are counted only in aggregate, without advertising cookies or individual tracking. The technical logs created while you browse cannot be used to identify you.
After the redirect, anything you share with the seller or the affiliate platform is covered by their own privacy policy, which is worth reading. To exercise your rights under the UK GDPR or ask about your data, use the address in section 01.
